Repair or replace?

When replacement is the honest answer.

We repair whenever repair makes sense. But when several of these apply, patching becomes throwing good money after bad — and we'll show you the photos to prove it either way.

  • Roof is 15–20+ years old
  • Repairs keep coming back
  • Widespread granule loss
  • Curling or brittle shingles roof-wide
  • Sagging decking or soft spots
  • Major storm or hail damage

Replacement FAQs

Common replacement questions.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs are completed in one to two days, depending on size, pitch, and weather. We give you a clear timeline up front and keep you posted if weather shifts the schedule.

How much does a new roof cost?

It depends on your roof's size, pitch, and material choice — which is why we quote only after a free inspection. You get one written price covering everything: tear-off, materials, labor, and cleanup. No mid-job surprises.

Will insurance pay for my replacement?

If the damage came from hail, wind, or a storm — very possibly. We document the damage, meet your adjuster, and advocate for you through the whole claim. Many Arkansas homeowners end up paying only their deductible.

Do you tear off the old roof or go over it?

We always tear off. Shingling over an old roof hides decking problems, voids many warranties, and shortens the new roof's life. It's not how we work.

Is financing available?

Yes — we offer financing options so an urgent replacement doesn't have to wait on savings. Ask during your free inspection and we'll walk you through what fits your budget.
